KMH has provided services of its experienced engineers to companies overseas. Our members have played key roles in the execution of various international projects as mentioned below.
 
(A) Lafarge Malayan Cement, Kanthan (Perak–Malaysia) under SIEMENS Malaysia
Electrical and DCS Re-vamp of line KK3, from previous Tele-mechanique control system to CEMAT V6.0 a SIEMENS PCS7 DCS System and implementing Lafarge Safety Standards. Designing, testing and commissioning of Control Panels housing SIEMENS S7 400 PLC and SIEMENS ET-200M distributed I/Os.
 
(B) Hadeed Steel Plant, Al–Jubail (Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia) under SIEMENS K.S.A.
• HMI up-gradation of Arc Furnace from SIEMENS COROS, LSB / LSC to the State Of Art SIEMENS HMI, Win CC (Version – 6.0).
• HMI up-gradation of Bag House from SIEMENS COROS, LSB / LSC to the State Of Art SIEMENS HMI, Win CC (Version – 6.0).

(C) Bulk Fuel Plants (Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia) under SIEMENS K.S.A.
Software engineering involving PLC programming of SIEMENS SCADA CS7 system at SIEMENS AG Karlsruhe for Bulk fuel plant fuel handling and dispatch system automation.
 
(D) East – West Pipe Line (Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia) under SIEMENS K.S.A.
Complete revamp of 1500 KM Oil & Gas pipe line both 48’’ and 56’’, originates from Al- Abgaig to Jeddah having 11 pumps – stations and 1 pressure – reducing station. Each station has 5 turbines. The new SCADA system is based on CS7 and S7 400H controllers, ESD used is ICS Triplex.
 
(E) Saudi Aramco - Khurasaniya (Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia) under SIEMENS K.S.A.
Complete commissioning of SIEMENS, SINAUT based SCADA system comprising of 92 RTUs with S7 317 and CS 7 as base station with FEP servers.
 
(F) NPC (Natal Portland Cement), Durban South Africa. Under System Automation & Management (Pvt.) Ltd RSA.

• Consulting for CEMAT V3 upgrade to CEMAT V6.1
 
Countrywide Projects
 
(A) ICI Paints Limited (Lahore - Punjab)
Machine Automation: Complete commissioning for Automation of Oil Paint Bead Mill comprising of SIEMENS PLC programming in Step-7 & Sthal Operator Panel configuration in WinPlus incorporating all the interlocks & safety measures. Preparation of interconnection drawings and operator manual.
 
(B) Cadbury Pakistan Limited (Hub - Baluchistan)
• Machine Automation: Turnkey Automation for Wafer Cream Machine comprising of Engineering, Signal testing & commissioning of FATEK PLC control system for Wafer Cream Machine.
• Up- grading of Conventional system with PLC based control system for Chocolate Cutting Machine.
 
(C) PEPSI Pakistan Beverages Ltd (S.I.T.E - Hyderabad)
Machine Automation: Turnkey Automation for Ammonia Compressors comprising of SIEMENS S7 PLC with OP3 operator screen and archiving of important values and set-points on the PC. PLC programming, complete engineering documentation, on-site Signal testing & commissioning.
 
(D) Dynea Chemicals Pakistan Ltd (Hub - Baluchistan)
Up-gradation of SIEMENS control system for Formal – Dehyde and Resin Chemical Plant and develop HMI mimics according to the requirements.
 
(E) Crescent Steel & Allied Products Ltd (Nooriabad - Distt. Dadu)
Process Automation: Complete commissioning of SIEMENS PLC Control System for Spiral Pipe Epoxy Coating Plant comprising of Commissioning, PLC software & hardware engineering, termination of signals to SIEMENS ET-200L distributed digital input & output modules. Testing of all interlocks & protection features for Epoxy Coating Plant.
 
(F) Al – Abbas Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd (S.I.T.E – Karachi)
Machine Automation: Turnkey Automation for BECA Inspection Machine comprising of FATEK PLC programming, wiring schematics preparation, onsite testing and commissioning.
 
(G) LUCKY CEMENT Ltd 8,400 TPD (Nooriabad - Sindh)
• Commissioning of SIEMENS DCS for Complete Line: E
Comprising of Crusher Area, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Pre-Heater, Kiln Area, Cooler, Cement Mill and Packing Area. SIEMENS S7 400 automation stations with S7 400 I/O in multi-tier configuration. Profibus based Plant Bus and WinCC V6.1 HMI software. SIEMENS MP 270 Local operator Stations and Touch screens.

• Commissioning of SIEMENS DCS for Complete Line: F
Comprising of Crusher Area, Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Pre-Heater, Kiln Area, Cooler, Cement Mill and Packing Area. SIEMENS S7 400 automation stations with S7 400 I/O in multi-tier configuration. (H) DEWAN Cement Ltd (Dhabeji - Thatta)
Develop various master slave configurations via Profibus between S7 400 and B.H.A E.P control system, S7 400 and IKN Cooler control system, S7 400 and Unitherm Burner control system.
 
(I) ENVICRETE Ltd (Attock – N.W.F.P)
Process Automation: Commissioning of SIEMENS PLC Control System for Cube Machine, Mixture Machine & Lifter comprising of hardware engineering, termination of signals to SIEMENS ET-200L distributed digital input & output modules. Testing of all interlocks.
 
(J) Shakarganj Food Products Ltd (Ahmadnagar Dist. Jhang)
Machine Automation: Turnkey Automation for Sterizer for pulp process in plant. Programming all sequences of the Sterilizer in Step-5 programming language for SIEMENS S5 PLC based control system.
 
(K) Diamond Rubber Mills (S.I.T.E – Karachi)
Provides software backup of Mitsubishi PLC control system for Tyre Building Machine, Tube Spicer Machine and Tube Tuning Press.
 
(L) CHEVRON Pakistan Ltd, Caltex Oil (West Wharf - Karachi)
System Components: PCS7 V6, S7-400.
Configure the Client, Server communication via Ethernet OSM, installed in ring topology on fiber optic.
Worked on CFC programming for modification in plant process.
 
(M) Pakistan Beverages Ltd, AQUAFINA (Super Highway - Karachi)
Provides services for their various machine and software backups for SIEMENS PLC Control System.
